Mi Tazita is a light roast, grown in the buffer zone of Honduras’ breathtaking Celaque Mountain, where it benefits from plenty of sunlight and rainfall. Flowering begins in April and cherries ripen by December, so each bean is nurtured to perfection. It’s then sun-dried with its sticky fruit pulp intact to develop a punchy sweetness that you’ll notice from your first sip.

Expect a creamy mouthfeel and acidity with notes of brown sugar and ginger.
